Biography

The creation of wills, trusts, domestic property agreements, and related estate planning papers including powers of attorney for property and health are all part of Sharon D. Ravenscroft's practice. Additionally, Ms. Ravenscroft works with her clients to administer estates and trusts using probate, small estate affidavits, and other transfer techniques that may or may not entail the intervention of a judge. In order to meet her clients' estate planning and business objectives, Ms. Ravenscroft also assists them in the formation of limited partnerships and LLCs. Her main goal for her customers is to make the difficulties associated with family wealth and estate legal issues simpler. By re-titling ownership interests in a way that satisfies the criteria of the Arizona Corporation Commission and financial institutions, business entities like corporations and LLCs are included in the estate plan. Both the PORA Lifelong Learning Center and the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business have employed Ms. Ravenscroft as a lecturer. Tempe, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Chandler residents as well as those from the east valley travel to the Phoenix office to see Ms. Ravenscroft. Since they can drive the Loop 101 to the office, Ms. Ravenscroft 's clients from North Phoenix and North Scottsdale typically visit her in the Sun City location. The Sun City Office is also convenient for clients from Sun City West, Peoria, Glendale, Arrowhead, Buckeye, and Avondale.
