Paige Pataky's practice is primarily focused on insurance coverage, but she also handles bad faith litigation and civil appeals. Ms. Pataky advises clients on complex insurance coverage issues, including first and third-party claims and issues involving additional insureds. Her insurance coverage practice includes all types of insurance policies, with a particular emphasis on auto and commercial general liability.
Ms. Pataky graduated from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where she served on the executive board of several student organizations and was an associate editor of the Sport and Entertainment Law Journal. During law school, Ms. Pataky gained valuable experience in a wide variety of practice areas through externships with the Arizona Court of Appeals, Maricopa County Superior Court, and City of Mesa Attorney's Office. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Pataky clerked for judge Patricia A. Orozco on the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
Ms. Pataky is a founding member of Phoenix Suns Charities 88 and is currently serving as the "Head Coach" for the 2015 - 2016 season. Phoenix Suns Charities 88 is a group of 88 business professionals who support Phoenix Suns Charities' mission of assisting Arizona children and families and who are interested in professional development, philanthropy and collaboration.
